How it Works & Important Rules:

  • Front Desk Service: We coordinate with hotel staff for all logistics. In some areas, we use trusted courier services, but your point of contact is always the hotel reception.
  • Staffed Hotels Only: Service is available only at hotels with front desk staff available during the day. We cannot deliver to airports, stations, or Airbnbs.
  • Minimum Rental: A 2-day rental period is required for all delivery orders.
  • Packing Materials: If the delivery and return locations differ, an additional fee for packing materials may apply in cases where moving the packing materials is difficult.

*Tokyo and other regions start from ¥11,400 (2-day pack). Prices may vary by area.

Points to note when using a taxi

If you take a taxi, it may not be possible to put your wheelchair in the trunk of the car.
This is because the trunk may contain fuel gas cylinders.
In that case, they may load the wheelchair onto your seat, but it is safer to let the taxi driver know in advance that you are going to pick up the wheelchair.

  • Rental of wheelchair with large wheels (manual operation in sitting position)

    This wheelchair is made of aluminum and can be easily folded for convenience.
    Users can operate the wheelchair themselves using the hand rims attached to the outside of the wheels.
    It comes equipped with an attendant brake, allowing the caregiver to use the handles for braking.

    This wheelchair is made of aluminum and can be easily folded for convenience.
