Rental period and Rental price
In-store Pickup
Visit our store to pick up and return your wheelchair.
- All-inclusive: ¥1,500 is the final price. No hidden fees.
- Easy Math: e.g., 3 days = ¥4,500 total.
- Flexible Choice: Select either model at the same price.
Payments are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY), and the final amount will be determined by your credit card provider's exchange rate.
Standard Models:
- Self-Propelled: Large wheels for users to wheel themselves.
- Attendant Type: Compact and lightweight for companions to push.
*Advance booking is recommended to ensure your preferred model is in stock.

Delivery Service to Hotels (Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo)
Seamless wheelchair rental delivery and collection service coordinated directly with your hotel concierge in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, and across Japan.
- Simple Pricing: ¥6,400 (Shipping) + ¥1,500/day.
- Additional Days: Just +¥1,500 per extra day.
- Easy Pickup & Return: Simply collect and leave your wheelchair at the hotel front desk. No need to meet delivery staff.
- No Security Deposit: Tax-free. No hidden fees.
9,400 JPY is roughly $62 USD (includes round-trip shipping!).
For stays longer than 2 days, only 1,500 JPY (~$10) is added per day.
How it Works & Important Rules:
- Front Desk Service: We coordinate with hotel staff for all logistics. In some areas, we use trusted courier services, but your point of contact is always the hotel reception.
- Staffed Hotels Only: Service is available only at hotels with front desk staff available during the day. We cannot deliver to airports, stations, or Airbnbs.
- Minimum Rental: A 2-day rental period is required for all delivery orders.
- Packing Materials: If the delivery and return locations differ, an additional fee for packing materials may apply in cases where moving the packing materials is difficult.
*Tokyo and other regions start from ¥11,400 (2-day pack). Prices may vary by area.

Heavy-Duty Wheelchair Rental
We offer specialized manual wheelchair models designed for users with a larger body frame or those requiring reinforced support.
All models require a minimum 3-day rental period, with clear daily pricing for extended stays.
- Wide Size (Manual): ¥9,000 / 3-Day Pack (+¥3,000 per extra day)
- Comfort Heavy-Duty: ¥11,000 / 3-Day Pack (+¥4,000 per extra day)
- Minimum Rental: 3 days required for all models.
- Additional Days: Daily rate applies after the initial 3 days.
- No Security Deposit: Tax-free. No hidden fees.

Electric Wheelchair Rental
Our electric wheelchairs are available with a minimum 3-day rental period. Clear daily pricing applies for extended stays. Shipping fees are calculated separately by region.
- Additional Days (Standard Electric): +¥3,000 per day
- Electric Wide Size: ¥31,000 / 3-Day Pack (+¥4,000 per extra day)
- Minimum Rental: 3 days required
- No Security Deposit: Tax-free. No hidden fees.

Payment Method
Fast & Secure Online Payment
We operate a cashless system to ensure a smooth rental experience.
On the booking confirmation page, you authorize your card securely through Stripe. Payment is not confirmed at this step—we verify that your card is valid. After we check availability, we charge your card only if we can accept your booking.
Once authorization is complete, we send you a confirmation email with your reservation number.
- Online authorization (recommended): Authorize your card from the confirmation page.
- In-store payment: Scan a QR code with your smartphone to pay by credit card.
*We do not accept cash or physical card inserts (chip/swipe).

- We remain closed on Sundays and Saturdays.

- Osaka Station/North Area : 20 to 50 minutes by car
Points to note when using a taxi
If you take a taxi, it may not be possible to put your wheelchair in the trunk of the car.
This is because the trunk may contain fuel gas cylinders.
In that case, they may load the wheelchair onto your seat, but it is safer to let the taxi
driver
know in advance that you are going to pick up the wheelchair.
