Payment Method
Card Authorization Required at Booking
We operate a fully cashless service. Card authorization at booking is required to secure your reservation and schedule delivery.
On the booking confirmation page, you authorize your card securely through Stripe. Payment is not confirmed at this step—we verify that your card is valid. After we check availability, we charge your card only if we can accept your booking. Once authorization is complete, we send you a confirmation email with your reservation number.

Advance reservation is required.
The power wheelchair will be delivered to your designated hotel or location by your rental start date.
Please ensure that your hotel agrees to receive and store the wheelchair prior to your arrival if necessary.
An instruction manual is included. Please refer to it for folding instructions and safe operation.
Taxi Information
This power wheelchair is foldable and fits in the trunk of most standard taxis.
However, some Japanese taxis (LPG vehicles) have a fuel cylinder in the trunk, which reduces available space.
In such cases, even when folded, the wheelchair may not fit.
We recommend requesting a "JPN Taxi" (universal design taxi) or a vehicle with a large trunk.
